Delivery Information

All of our parcels are sent using Interlink.

Interlink will send you an email containing a 1 hour delivery slot and the following options

If you'll be out, it's not a problem: you have a range of 'in-flight' options such as changing your delivery date, collecting from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop, asking us to deliver to your preferred neighbour or arranging to have your order delivered to a safe place at your address. You will also be able to track the progress of your driver.

If you order contains chilled goods they will only remain at the correct temperature for 48 hours from dispatch.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to take delivery. Natural Healthy Foods cannot be responsible for spoiled chilled goods if you were not able to take delivery.

Delivery of our hampers is included in the purchase price to UK mainland postcodes.

We are not at this time able to deliver to the Scottish Islands and Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Mann or the Channel Islands.
