Refunds and Returns
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do and to have a great experience on our site and in our stores. If we do not meet your expectations we would love it if you told us so we can try to improve things for the future. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged product please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you decide you don't want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged / Faulty Products
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. You may need to return the goods or provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will of course reimburse the cost of returns of damaged goods.
